About

Sue trained and worked initially as a nurse, before changing careers and training to be a solicitor. She specialised in clinical negligence and her artistic output occurred through cookery and gardening.

In 2018, she was on holiday in Malaysia, picked up pencil and paper and was hooked. She trained at London Fine Art Studios.

She is a figurative painter in oils, who paints from life, and her interests lie in still life and flowers. She loves nature and what is around her. She is inspired by great flower painters such as Fantin Latour, Antonio Lopez Garcia, and Kathleen Speranza, with whom she has taken workshops.

Updates on her latest work can be found on her Instagram page. If you are interested in buying any of her work, please email her.
